Within Shadows

The members of Within Shadows are extremely familiar with the local music scene. Between both members they know a very large amount of musicians and important people in the industry. They both have been in a wide range of different bands and projects in the past. Sean ended up creating the project of Within Shadows alone on the side of some other bands he was in at the time as a solo project in 2012.
Jordan at the time played drums for quite a few bands. Then they had both met each other through being coworkers. Realized the passion for music was mutual and decided to jam. Then after not much time at all, in 2014, the solo project turned into a musical collaboration and is now a band. Already in the process of adding the newest member, Brad Tiessen, on guitar to the band, they are looking for another member to finish the line up soon and conquer the world.
Within Shadows prides themselves on their genre as being vast in sounds and influence. The songs vary from many different genres with metal orientation in each. Some major influences on the band and its members would be Slipknot, Beartooth, Lamb of God, Attack Attack!, Avenged Sevenfold and more. Their debut EP drops later in 2015 so don’t miss it! It is sure to please many different musical taste
Current Lineup:
- Sean Farias (Vocals, Guitar) – Music is his life! Has a variety of musical talents from vocals to shredding guitar, bass and violin. Absolutely loves animals and must befriend them all!
- Jordan Heffernan (Drums) – Loves Slipknot, Mushroomhead and lots more extremely heavy bands. Music is his passion and desire for a full life career.
