“Supporting a tobacco-free lifestyle now, and choosing to quit smoking after being on-and-off smokers for about 8 years means changing to a ‘cleaner’ life. For us, it’s about the health benefits of not smoking.”

Lungless is a Canadian post-hardcore band based out of Pickering, Ontario formed in early 2015 from ex-members of the Pickering based band Constellations.

“Lungless is a an emotional and artistic release. We take influence from so many aspects of our lives from music and art to nature and how our mental states are. Our music is essentially just everything we are feeling and trying to let out – whether it be songs about love and seeing the brighter sides of life, or songs about hate and the darkness that can sleep within. 

Each EP we release is a period of our lives and exactly how we where feeling during that year, its a journey. As a band we aspire to have our songs interpreted in different ways. Each word and line can resonate with someone differently and we think thats a big thing with our music and with art in general.”
